ABOUT US
MW Apartments is an Illinois Limited Liability company registered in Illinois. The company was born through the collective inner city and hands on experiences with Real Estate and community development by Nate Manning and Marquita Williams. Since 1996 Nate’s passion for community outreach and development through Real Estate, gave this idea to incorporating MW Apartments. This opportunity is centered on creating a platform to reinforce education, stability and community as a means to re-invest in the areas that have been forgotten by other businesses in the Property Management, Real Estate Investing, and Community Development businesses.

​MW Apartments chose to center the company’s focus on renovation and stability in the underserved communities of Southern Illinois and the surrounding collar counties. Through affordable housing and education, the company has created a realistic pathway to wealth building, safe, secure and affordable home ownership in the inner cities of Chicago, East Saint Louis, Belleville, O’Fallon, Swansea, Cahokia and the surrounding suburbs of Southern Illinois. The goal is to revitalize these communities by forging new alliances with Realtors, Banks, Mortgage Brokers, Home Insurance Agencies, Surveyors, Insurance Underwriters and Home improvement Contractors. The purpose is to help stabilize the community as a whole and streamline safe housing which can lead to homeownership.

Redeveloping the inner cities of these communities is not only a passion, but also our duty to give back to the communities we come from. We also understand to have faith in the revitalization of our communities is not enough to become successful, we must be ready to work for it.
